Here’s the recruitment process of Bill Robertson Ltd in a few steps:
1 – Needs analysis: The field of shipping, freight forwarding and logistics includes several specializations, we will study the most specific needs of your organization. 2 – Establishment of the job description based on your needs and requirements. Once your needs are clear, we perform a benchmark of the requested profile on the market, according to different specific conditions, we define your skills-need positioning according to the attractiveness of your offer, and general conditions of the market.
3 – We define the culture of your company, the general aspects that define your work environment. We need to understand your business culture to finally choose the best.
4 – Setting deadlines to be respected throughout the recruitment process, we define together our calendar for each step. Our actions will be established according to each date of this calendar.
5 – Our team of specialists in International Logistics, with their deep knowledge on this very specific activity will look for the best profiles and the optimal candidates. Thanks to our databases, and our knowledge of the profiles in Shipping companies, Freight forwarders, Maritime agents …. Research will also be conducted on specialized social networks to advise you on the profiles working in these sectors in other countries, and wishing to develop their careers in Morocco.
6 – Interviews: a collection process is carried out after identification of all potential candidates, we focus first on the personal, technical, relational criteria … Than we focus on the core business that we master and perform psycho-technical and psychometric tests to frame the profiles, and thus we make a selection based on your needs, requirements, and also your corporate culture.
